The term ‘Emanuel’ ‘Emanuel Store’ ‘our’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Privacy Policy: Emanuel Stores is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information given to us will be used for the sole and express purpose of fulfilling your order as requested, unless otherwise stated. Information provided by you will be kept on record by our company, and may also be used in the future for the sole and expressed purpose of presenting new products and services from our company to you. We never sell our customer information to anyone. Our online store uses only the best secure, encrypted technology to process your orders safely and securely. Your confidentiality is as important to us as it is to you.

Ordering: Online- Available 24 hours a day. Our shopping cart is secure and easy to use. Please visit the Paypal website (www.paypal.com) for terms and conditions and other legal notices relevant to the use of their online shopping services.

All orders placed online will be processed within a minimum of 48 hours after placement. Orders placed online after business hours will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed the following business day. All orders are generally shipped to the delivery address you specify within 12 working days of order processing conclusion unless otherwise specified. Large orders may require some additional lead time. Digital products will usually be distributed to your specified delivery address within 48 hours. Lead time varies during holiday seasons. Please place your holiday orders early to ensure on-time delivery.

Refunds and Returns: Emanuel Stores does not currently operate a returns or refunds operation for its products, unless otherwise specified. We will however consider any presented cases if the return or refund is based on an incorrect or defective item.

Payment: Please visit www.paypal.com for details on what credit and debit cards, cheques, and other monetary forms are acceptable. Your credit card/ debit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping: Items shipped from our facility are shipped via the UK Post Office (www.postoffice.co.uk). Ground shipping charges are applicable and are determined using item weight, size, destination, and arrival date. A physical address is required for all shipments: we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Customers will charged for deliveries made to a wrong address due to incorrect address information being provided to us. The Emanuel Online Stores features a shipping cost by location selection with its orders. You must select the correct location and price tap on each order you make when your order is placed or delivery of your product will not be allowed to commence until the correct payment for the delivery has been made.

Every effort will be made to ship your order within 12 working days, unless it is a large order for which arrangements will be made on an order by order basis.

We take care in packaging our products for secure shipment. Each product will be packaged in its own packaging unit, unless ordered as part of a larger order, in which case all the ordered products will usually be packaged together. While shipping charges may be calculated on an item by item basis, we endeavour to accommodate inexpensive shipping charge totals, as much as is possible on our part. In the rare event that damage does occur during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may take appropriate corrective actions. Out of Stock: We diligently try to maintain sufficient inventory levels to fulfil all orders; however, occasionally one of our popular items may be temporarily out of stock. In the event that this occurs, we contact you immediately for an anticipated delivery date.
